Kelsey Deters                                                          

​Kelsey Deters was born and raised in Quincy, IL. After graduating from Quincy Senior High, she attended Webster University in St. Louis, MO. She graduated with a degree in Women and Gender Studies and a minor in Media Communication. 

Kelsey is the Assistant Director of The District. She previously worked for Quincy Community Theatre and Arts Quincy and still volunteers for both organizations. She is on the Board of Directors for Quincy Civic Music Association. The arts community in Quincy is thriving and Kelsey is proud to be a part of it.  

In her free time, Kelsey loves to travel and spend time with her friends and family.  ​
